Join us for your pre-ordered lunch in the Presidio followed by a scenic drive through the Marin Headlands to visit the Marine Mammal Center and Hospital.
With our docent-led tour you’ll learn how veterinarians and volunteers give life-saving care to the animals, so that they can be released back into the wild. See them being fed and trained and learn about the Center’s research, rescue and rehabilitation processes.

Senior Coastsiders is inviting seniors to join the mystery book club. It will be a hybrid meeting at the Senior Coastsiders. This month we‘re discussing A Line to Kill, by Anthony Horowitz.

Join your fellow Villagers for an enchanting afternoon of music and mingling with the delightful sounds of the Magnolia Jazz Band. As you sip a glass of wine or your favorite beverage and sample delectable hors d‘oeuvres, let the band‘s vibrant melodies and swinging rhythms create the perfect ambiance for a memorable gathering.

The Magnolia Jazz Band, a trio featuring clarinet, guitar, and bass, has been delighting audiences since the late ‘70s. They perform a wide repertoire of popular standards and hot jazz classics from the ’20s to the ’50s, echoing legends like Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, and Duke Ellington.

The "Afternoon of Wine and Music" is open to all VSMC members, volunteers and guests. If you wish to attend, please contact the office by Friday, August 9th at info@villagesofsmc.org or 650-260-4569. Please let us know if you need a ride. The event will be held inside with some overflow seating on the patio. There is a COVID surge so we suggest masks and this is optional.
