Join Villagers and friends to start the week with a gentle walk. Enjoy conversation and connection - no challenging terrain - just a stroll together. If folks can’t make the whole distance, there are benches at various stops. Not suitable for those who use walkers as it is not paved but is well maintained. The pace can be very slow for those who need that. No hills to climb.
Meet at San Pedro Park visitor center in Pacifica. Each Monday at 11am.
Sequoia Villages members and volunteers, We’re having a casual, drop-in dinner (I.e. pay for your own meal). There is no need to register in advance. However, if you are a Villages member who needs a ride, call the VSMC office at 650 260 4569 to arrange your ride.
Grab your walking shoes and join your fellow Villagers for a breezy, level stroll along the bay! You’ll enjoy bird-spotting, boat-watching, and plenty of good conversation along the way. You can choose between a 1-mile or 3-mile walk.

Please join your fellow Villagers for our next Village Conversation on
Caregiving.
This special session will feature a guest speaker who will share insights into the real-life experiences of caregiving - along with practical tools and supportive resources you can start using right away.
Here‘s what we‘ll explore together:
+ The realities of caregiving - honest conversations about challenges and
rewards
+ The importance of self-care - why caring for yourself matters too
Coordinating with family members - strategies for asking for and organizing support
+ Identifying your own needs - recognizing when you need rest, help, or
guidance
+ Connecting with caregiver support groups - finding understanding,
encouragement, and community
Our goal is to equip you with meaningful tools, helpful connections, and renewed confidence as you navigate your caregiving journey.
We hope you‘ll join the conversation!
